Nigeria Decided: INEC Announces Official Results
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) held two press conferences in Abuja on March 30, 2015, Monday, and starts the third session of announcement on Tuesday. Here are the results;



14:15 Adamawa state (21 LGAs): Jefrey Okogba presents the results of the 14 political parties.

ADC – 1012
APA – 1549
APC – 374,701
CPP – 819
HOPE – 267
KOWA – 752
NCP – 1212
PDP – 251,664
PPN – 1163
UDP – 289
UPP – 334
Valid votes – 636,018, rejected votes – 25,192, votes cast – 661,210.
Cancellations from 7 LGAs: Demsa, Fufore, Girei, Madagali, Maiha, Mubi North, Numan. 37 polling units were involved, affecting 18,114 voters.

13:40 11 states remaining. They are: Sokoto, Borno, Zamfara, Kebbi, Taraba, Benue, Adamawa, Bauchi, Delta, Edo and Yobe.
The current situation in overall count:
10,454,137 (49.22%) – Muhammadu Buhari.
9,953,432 (46.86%) – Goodluck Jonathan.
Buhari needs 25%+ percent in 9 of these states. Otherwise, he may not be declared as the outright winner.

13:05 A break is announced by Prof Jega. The session resumes in about 30 minutes. At least two states (Adamawa and Benue) would be ready for projection and announcement after it.
